Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check or major credit card. Please call to discuss session fees.

Insurance

Please call to discuss whether I participate in your insurance plan, as well as the option of seeing me out-of-network .

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, you must call 24-hours in advance or you will be required to pay the full fee for the missed session.
